A Valentine tea was given Sat-
urday afternoon by the interna-
tional relations committee of the
Woman's Society of Christian Serv-
ice of First Methodist Church with
Mrs. W W King and Mrs Georrge
G. Welch hostesses at the home of
Mrs. King, 2117 N. Locust
Honored were students of Texas
State College tor Women and North
Texas Bute College who reside out-
side the United States.
Members of the house party were
Mmes Abney Ivey, Emory Wil-
kins and Mias Jewel Poael and
Miss Betty Brust.
Miss Rose Bailey gave an in-
spirational and tnfonnatlooal talk
appropriate to the day
Six nations were represented by

And Oscar Plato* of Mexico; Char-
lotte Baverstock and Beverly
Reeves of Canal Zone. Ida Louise
Luljink of Brasil; Silvia Bello and

ine Oonlard and Josette Lomna of
France and Moh Lein Tsai of
China.
Each of the students gave a short
summary of his experience and

attend college.
Coffee and Valentine decorated i
