NEW PRAIRIE HILL SCHOOL
For the Benefit of the School
Mrs.'H. M. Mohrmann enter-
tained with a miscellaneous
shKKer Monday afternoon, from
four to six, in honor of Miss
Lillian Woolsey whose marriage
to John Dolson will be an event
of Easter Sunday.
Baskets and bowls of the tea-
sons flowers were used to ad-
vantage in the decorations.
Bowls of the much loved blue
lionnets suggestive of the Texas
spirit that always prev'ades this
home, held favored place while
clusters of roses and handsome
foliage plants, lent the charm of
spring. A crystal bowl of fra-
grant Marshal Neil roses hold-
ing central place on the lace
covered table and a “brood” of
tiny chickens suspended from
the chandelier in a mellow glow
of light gave a hint oi Easter-
tide and featured the dainty
color scheme of white am'
gold. Miss Bertha Cannon gave
a piano solo as the first number
of a short prom-nm. Miss
Annie Lee Lane very pleasing!\
