filed in saifi court on the ’27th day of
November, A. D., 1900 in a suit, num-
bered on the docket of said court No.
3998: wherein Stella Ezell is Plaintiff,
and Louis Ekell is Defendant, and said
petition alleging: plaintiff alleges
and shows to the Court that she and
Defendant were lawfully married Wr-
December, 1890 and lived and co-hab-
ited together as husband and wife un-
til about die 1st of August, 1903 about
which date the Defendant, without
cause and without assigning any rea-
son therefor, abandoned and deserted
this Plaintiff and has continued such
abandonment continually since said
date; that since said Defendant aban-
doned this Plaintiff she has been wit-
pelled to support and maintain her-
self and two children bom to them du-
ring their co-habitation, to-wit: Levi
Ezell, age 13 years, and Dollie Ezell,
a girl, 3 years, and that more than
three years have elapsed between the
date said Defendant abandoned Plain-
tiff as aforesaid and the filing of this
petition; that Plaintiff is a suitable
and proper person to have ’he care,
management and control of said
children above named, wlu
