Croxdale, has been transferred to
the office in Temple. Mrs. Crox-
dale has resumed .her duties as
bookkeeper.

house Thursday afternoon at her
beauty shop which has been newly
redecorated and new equipment

Mr. and! Mrs’. Joe X. Newcomb
of San Antonio, were guests of
Mr. and Mrs. Jno. M. Weekley
Thursday night. They were en-
route home from McAlester, Okla.,
where they had been with Mr.
Newcomb’s sister who has been
quite sick in a hospital, but who
was sufficiently recovered to be
removed to her home. Aecompany-
ing them home are Mrs. Gerald
Newcomb and baby daughter, who
have been visiting- the former’s par-
ents at Palmer while; the other
Newcombs were in Oklahoma.
