Sir: I am directed by the House
to inform the Senate that the House
has refused to concur in Senate
Amendments to H. C. R. No. 1 and
requests the appointment of a con-
ference committee to adjust the dif-
ferences between the two Houses.
The following are appointed on the
part of the House:
Sanders, Murphy, Moffett, Ford,
Anderson.
