Senator Pace moved to reconsider
the vote by which the Holbrook
amendment, as amended, was tabled.

On motion of Senator Collie, the
Senate recessed until 2:00 o'clock
p. m.
After Recess.
The Senate met at 2:00 o'clock
p. m., pursuant to recess, and was
called to order by the Lieutenant
Governor, Edgar E. Witt.

the amendment, as amended, was

Provided, if it be established by
facts, verified by oath to the satis-
faction of the State Relief Commis-
sion, that any county cannot pay all
of such administrative costs, the
same or a part thereof may be paid
by the State Commission within the
discretion of said commission.
