plastic pot. Malone reported July

ween 10:30 p.m. July 26 and

vestigated the incident.
Ernest Ray Smith of Spring St.
reported an assault incident on
July 27. At approximately 10:15
p.m. his wife allegedly entered
the home. Upon finding another
black female there, she asked
her to leave. Smith reported that
