The Lovejoy Parent Teacher
Convention will meet Tuesday
night, February 3, for its regular
monthly meeting at the Lovejoy
school.
The program will be provided
by the sixth grade band under the
direction of Logan. A film will be
shown on Camp Goddard, a camp
the sixth graders will attend in
April.
There will also be a discussion
concerning all plans about the
camp. (
The Lovejoy PTC encourages
everyone to attend this meeting.
Baby-sitting will be provided at
the cost of $1 per family.

Allen Cub Scouts competed in the annual
Pinewood Derby at their regular monthly
meeting Tuesday. Above, Joe Perks, one of the
judges, lines up 2 cars for the race while, below, a

Date for a city election will be
set at the regular meeting of the
Lucas City Council 7:30 p.m. j
Monday.
The council will also review
specifications on plans for the fire
department addition. The addi- |

vehicles for the all-volunteer fire
