This is the last in a series of cook pages featuring Allen High
School students who won either first, second or third prizes at the
Collin County Youth Fair, held last March. Due to the fact that
Allen students continually take top honors at the fair, categories
and judging will be changed somewhat for next year’s competition.
The students and their advisor, Ella Jo Adams, work hard to find
recipes and prepare dishes that will withstand the rigors of com-
petition.
