Carrol Brannon Identified certain prop
erty found as that of Harris which at
one time ne nau in nit care and swore
that F'rank Scott told him that be had
killed Harris. He said he would have
killed hi m before If Ills irranduiother

When tbe evidence was concluded
Judge Noonan said the case was not one
which be could grant ball aa It wat
plain tbe murder had been a cold blooded

The Scotta were both visibly affected
by tbe decision. Tom Soott wat calm

defiant bravado which It was evident
