timist Club of Denton and the
Opti-Mrs. of Denton as the an.
nual convention of District 7 of
the Optimists Internationals near-
ed closing. The four-day conven-
lion ends today.
The Denton Optimists won first
place for scrapbooks in the 20,000-
75,000-population cities and was
named winner of the outstanding
project of the year for cities of
the same size. Latter award was
for Optimists’ July 4th rodeo held
last year.
