Denton’s law enforcement offic-
ers will be host to a conference
of lawmen from throughout North
Central Texas Feb. 23 when the
men gather to put the heat on
car thieve*.
The conference, sponsored by
the Federal Bureau of Investiga-
tion, is expected to draw at least
100 officers from Dallas, Fort
Worth, Sherman, Gainesville and
other cities in the area.

day meeting.
