tricts have been consolidated for
school purposes and the name Oak
Lawn chosen to designate the new
district.

programs rapidly, there is no
assurance that such a propo-
sition would ever be available
to the district again, it is
pointed out.
The architect observes that for
every dollar expended in the dis-
trict for the school, the district
will have to pay only 25 cents.
School officials have long felt the
heed of a centralized, fully ac-
credited four-year high school in
that section, and' are hopeful that
necessary’ action will be taken
shortly to .provide for construc-
tion of the plant.
School’s Equipment
The school’s main building would
have a floor space of 40,000 square
feet with an auditorium seating
