either be a separate board comprised of citizens, or it can be the :
City Council itsel l. Grandview is such a small city and boards are :

। Basically, a variance can only be granted by the ZBA if compli-
ance with the ordinance is not possible (typically only true sec-
ondary to some physical impossibility). The Zoning Board of :
jurisdiction into separate districts within
which uses are permitted, prohibited or permitted with conditions.
Zoning establishes site regulations, such as building heights, bulk :
(density/floor-to-ar ea latio), setbacks, building coverage, imper- ■
vious covei, etc. In Grandview the Planning and Zoning Board :
handles the responsibilities of zoning along with new platting :
(and the new rules being implemented will not change these func- :
tions). :

7. Buck and Reeves failed to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act :
by claiming excessive compensatory time and failing to allow overtime :
or compensatory lime for hourly employees required lo work through I
their lunch hour. .
8. Buck possibly violated the American for Disabilities Act by failing :
to consider reasonable accommodation requests for hearing impaired :
employees. :
9. The investigation reveals multiple incidents where Buck and Reeves :
engaged in abusive, intimidating and unprofessional behavior.
IO. Buck and Reeves engaged in an inappropriate relationship. This is :
not to say it was sexual or romantic, but an inappropriate relationship :
Buck will be bias toward Reeves in any workplace dispute between :
employees and Reeves. ;
11. The investigation revealed conduct by Buck that conflicts with the 3
Texas City Management Association’s Code of Ethics in that Reeves :
failed lo comply with the Texas Municipal Parks Association's Code of 5
Ethics.” ;
