Inge, all of the doctors from here
who attended the annual meeting of
the Stae Medical Assoeiation in
Austin have returned. Dr. Inge re-
turned to Dallas Wednesday where
he is receiving treatment for an in-
fection of a finger which developed,
while he wax in Austin. Word ri/
day was that the finger had beeh
la need and that he probably would
return home within a day or two.
Doctors here said that the meet-
ing, which closed Thursday, was one
of the best that the ajisociation
has held in several years.
Physician* who attended the meet-
ing from here were Drs. M. D. Fub;
lingim, M. L. Martin, W. C. Kim-
brough, II. C. Amos, J. M. Inge and
P. Lipscomb.

tions at. her infantorium would
cause much more serious allega-
tions to he preferred.
At preliminary .hearing -yester-
day Mrs. Geiser-Volk was held un-
der $3,500 bonds, and police had
found 14 infants and five older chil-
dren, all under care of one untrain-
ed nurse, at her "babv farm."
Mrs. Geiser-Volk’s arrest was the
direct result of a complaint made
to the, police by William Angerer,
who arid another child was re-
turned td him in place of his seven-
months-old sop, Stephen, whom he
had put under the woman’s care.

Arthur N. Cotton, head of the
Rays’ Work of the National Council,
estimates that the enrollment this
year probably will reach 100,000 for
the 600 Y. M. E. A. camps which
will be held from June to Septem-
ber throughout the UnTted States for
boys from 12 to 18 years of age.
This is only one phase of the
summer’s program. Thousands of
other boys who are unable to attend
camp will be given opportunities for
free swimming and gymnasium
training, hikes, educatiopal trips to
factories, nature atud)TBn>le study,
and abbreviated scholastic courses
in Y. M. C. A.‛s from onst to coast.
“Y. M. C, A. camps," said Mr.
Cotton, “furnish an outlet for boy
energy and provide a pathway to-
ward the development of clean,
wholesome living. There boyish im-
pulses are directed into proper
channels, leading to the formation
of mental, physical, social and spiri-
tual power.”
Most of each day’s program in the
Y. M. ,C. A. camps is given over
to sports and lesions in living thy
life of the great outdoors. Religious
exercises are limited in the main
to brief Bible study courses. There
