Plans and specifications may be

Bldg., Dallas, Texas, and may be
procured from them upon a depos-
it of $10.00 as a guarantee of the
safe return of the plans and speci-
fications; $7.50 of which deposit
will be returned to each bidder im-
mediately upon the return of the
plans and specifications in good
condition. No refund on the plans
and specifications returned later
than ten days will be obligatory.
