Chapter 715
1 AN ACT
2 relating to the expansion of the boundaries of the Cibolo Creek
3 Municipal Authority.
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
5 SECTION 1. Section 4, Chapter 347, Acts of the 62nd
6 Legislature, Regular Session, 1971, is amended to read as follows:
7 Sec. 4. The district shall comprise all of the territory
8 contained within the following described area:
9 BEGINNING: At a point of intersection of the Southeasterly
10 line of Lower Seguin Road, with the approximate centerline of the
11 Cibolo Creek for a corner of this description, said point being on
12 the Eastern line of Bexar County and on the Western line of
13 Guadalupe County;
14 THENCE: Along the approximate centerline of the Cibolo Creek,
15 Northerly approximately 815 feet to a point for a corner, said point
16 being a corner;
17 THENCE: In a Southwesterly direction crossing a 22.4 acre
18 tract in Bexar County, Texas, and crossing the Northeastern line of
19 the Julian Diaz Survey, Abstract No. 187 in Bexar County, Texas, and
20 continuing on along the Northwestern right-of-way line of the Lower
21 Seguin Road, a distance of approximately 4800 feet to a turn in the
22 road, for a corner;
23 THENCE: In a Westerly direction, continuing along the
24 Northern right-of-way line of Lower Seguin Road, a distance of
