331-Business Law. General principles of the law of contracts; appli-
cable statutes, including statutes on community property and contractual
capacity of married women. Prerequisites: Economics 232. Class: 3 hours.

332-Business Law. General principles of the law of bailments, sales,
conditional sales, chattel mortgages, and negotiable instruments, presented
in practical business problems; Texas statutes affecting these subjects.

istration of insurers of one's property; guarantors of the fidelity and com-
