So many people thought of
us during the holidays we

The student council helped
decorate the tree and the
Center and Mrs. Tunnell, Mrs.
J. T. Grissom, Pauline Harris
and the girls in the kitchen
baked cookies for the Christ-
mas party. The Camp Fire
Girls, Montez Watson, the
Edna Hill Baptist Church,
children from the Highland
Methodist Church, and the
first grade classes from the
school all came by to sing

other clubs. The children of

The 50 members of Arlington ,
High School’s 1925 graduating
class have been a close group. r
They conducted their first
class reunion in 1926, their sec- -
ond i 1927—and met recently
for the 53rd consecutive year
Sixteen members of the class
attended the reunion.
After 53 years, lots of us are
incapacitated or have already
gone over the great divide and
got their diploma,” said Robert

Stephenville area wish a very
happy 1979 to all those who
read of our happenings (and
wish they were Senior
Citizens)! •
The icy streets did in some
of our activities during the
past week. We were orry to
miss serving meals and
delivering them on Tuesday
but we're afraid to have
volunteers walking on the ice.
Wednesday pot luck lunch
was quite well attended.
Everyone came in saying how
tired they were of staying at
home arid really had a fine
time visiting. We all sang
"HannyBirthday"tg.K,-
Hixson, Effie Walker and
Milton Baty, who had birth-
days during this week.
Not many folks have shown
