Text on item: "My dear Ike! I greatly appreciate your letter of Sept 28th Thanks for your good wishes for a happy New year. Of course I think of you and the rest of the dear Kempner all the time. Had it not been for your wonderful help during my [...] two years ago I would not been here to [...] you all a New Years [...]. I am about as well as can be expected from one of my age. My left leg is giving a great deal of [...], otherwise been feeling fairly good. With kindest regards and my best wishes to you and all the Kempners I am sincerely yours, Herman Cohen"
