Description

Letter from Lee Morris to I. H. Kempner expressing his support for Kempner's appeal for increased funding for medical education. Lee Morris believes that medical schools are important to rural areas and that the country understands this need more than city folks. He concludes the letter by saying he will reach out to their Senator and Representative to advocate for Kempner's request.
