pieces in evaporated milk, then roll immediately in seasoned corn
flake crumbs. Lint' shallow baking pan with aluminun? foil. Place
chicken pieces, akin-aide up, in foil-lined pan; do not crowd. Bake
in moderate ovon (350° F.) about ono hour or until tender. No
need to cover or turn chicken while cooking. Servos *1.3¿0 caluriud
