Description

Postcard of the Jetstream, a commercial plane owned by Trans World Airlines. The Jetstream has four propeller engines on its wings and two vertical stabilizers on the ends of the horizontal stabilizers in addition to the central vertical stabilizer. The Jetstream is painted whit with two red stripes going across the fuselage and the "TWA" logo in red at the end of the stripes, as well as the words "Trans World Airlines" in red and the American flag above the passenger windows. Description

Postcard of the Jetstream, a commercial plane owned by Trans World Airlines. The Jetstream has four propeller engines on its wings and two vertical stabilizers on the ends of the horizontal stabilizers in addition to the central vertical stabilizer. The Jetstream is painted whit with two red stripes going across the fuselage and the "TWA" logo in red at the end of the stripes, as well as the words "Trans World Airlines" in red and the American flag above the passenger windows. On the back of the card is a message to Isaac H. and Henrietta Leonora Blum Kempner wishing them success with their garden on St. Patrick's Day and expressing regret that the University of Texas is experiencing mediocrity again.
