That the Kuntz -Stern enberg Lumber Co. a corporation of Austin, Travis County, Texas,
described in the deed from Kuntz-Sternenberg Lumber Co. to Nim Medearis and wife, bearing
payable at maturity, and annually thereafter, and containing the usual attorney’s fees
clause, payment of said note being secured by the vendor’s lien retained in the deed from
the Kuntz-Sternenbe g Lumber Co. to Jim Medearis et ux, and said note and lien being
more fully described in a certain deed executed by Kuntz-Sternenberg Lumber Co. to Jim
Medearis and wife Beaulah Medearis and now shown of record in Vol. 507 page 127 Deed Record
of Travis County, T exas, to which instrument and its record reference is here made for a
better description of said note or notes and the 1 and securing the payment thereof.
