to which said note or notes are entitled do appear on the hack thereof, and HOME OWNERS’
LOAN CORPORATION, its successors andassigns, is hereby authorized to release said
lien or liens upon the payment of the indebtedness hereby transferred and assigned.
WITNESS ou^hands this the pAthday of July, a D. 1934.
Lien having been duly transferred to WA S.Drake by transfer dated Sept .14,1932, and re-
corded in Vol. 482, page 584,of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas, and said note
and lien being more fully described in a certain Mechanic’s Lien executed by Maurice
Seidel and wife Ethel B. Seidel, to W. D.Neyland, and now shotwof record in Vol. 479,
at page 39, of the Mechanic’s Lien Records of Travis County, Texas, to which instru-
ment and its record reference is here made for a better description of said note or
notes and the land securing the payment thereof.
And the Grantors hereby bargains, sells and conveys unto said HOME OMERS’ LOAN
CORPORATION all of the right, title and interest, now owned or held by Grantors in and
