That for and in consideration of the benefits accruing to me in the renewal and exten-
sion of the time and manner of -payment of the first lien indebtedness hereinafter mentioned

Trustee and recorded in Vol. X. page x, of the deed of trust Records of Travis County,
first and superior insofar as the said property is concerned, to the lien securing me in
payments to Home Owners’ Loan Corporation I will not require any principal payments on
mortgagor and Home Owners’ Loan Corporation, it is further agreed that in event the home
scribed in the s aid deed of trust and secured by a lien on the property therein described.
And that all of the rights, liens and equities given to secure the said Home Owners’
