and now shown of record in Vol. 422 page 370 Deed of Trust Records of Travis County,
Texas, to which instrument and its record reference is here .made for a better description
of said note or notes and the land securing the payment thereof.
And the Grantor hereby bargains, sells and conveys unto said HOME OWNERS’ LOAN CORPO-
RATION all of the right, title and interest now owned or held by Grantor in and to said
land by virtue of said note or notes and the lien securing same, in so far only as said
lien rests upon and against the lands described in Deed of Trust dated July 16,1934,
executed by Tinsley Penick and wife Margaret Penick to E.W. Jamison, Trustee forsaid
corpor ati on.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said HOME OWNERS’ LOAN CORPORATION, its successors and
assigns the above described note or notes, together with all and singular, the contract
lien, vendor’s lien, deed of trust lien,rights,equities and interest in said land de-
scribed in said deed of trust last above mentioned, which the Grantor herein has by
virtue of being the legal owner and holder of said note or notes and the lien securing

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appear ed R.L. Si aught er
known to me to be the person wse name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and ac-
knowledged to me that he executed the same for the purposes and consideration therein .
($1796,56) Dollars, to us in hand paid by the Home Owners’ Loan Corporation, receipt of
which is hereby acknov edged, we R. G. Mueller, Margaret Drake Thomson, and James P.Hart,
acting as Independent Executors and Testamentary Trustees of the Estate of w.s. Drake, de-
ceased, and Mrs. Maggie Drake, acting herein by and through R.G.Mueller, Margaret Drake
Thomson, and James P. Hart her ants and attorneys in fact, the undersigned, the present
owner and holder of Two (2) notes described in that certain Deed of Trust, det ed Feb.12,
-930, executed by H.A.McCook and wife Mae McCook to R. G.Mueller, Trustee, fully described
ih Vol 447, at page 26, of the Deed of Trust Records of Travis County, Texas, have sold
transferred and assigned, and bythese presents d hereby transfer, sell and a s s ign unto
the said Home Owners’ Loan Corporation, an interest to the amount aforesaid in the afore-
(Notary Seal) Notary Public Travis County, Texas.
