ING FOR THE MANNER IN

CITY OF CANTON:
Section 1. Effective with toe
first gas bills rendered on or
after the 1st day of June, 1960,
the general service rate for sales
of natural gas and natural gas
service rendered to residential
and commercial consumers with-
in the city limits of Canton by
Lone Star Gas Company, a Texas
corporation, its successors and
assigns, is hereby fixed and de-
termined as follows:
Minimum Monthly Bill $1.53
First 1MCF at $1,760 per MCF
gross; $1,584 per MCI’ net.
Next 1MCF at $1,482 per MCI’
gross; $1,334 per MCF net.
Next 3 MCF at $.927 per MCF
gross; $ 834 MCF net.
Next 20 MCF at $649 per
MCF gross; $ 584 per MCF net.
All Over 25 MCF at $.593 per
MCF gross; $534 per MCF net.
Net rate shall apply to all
bills paid within ten days from
monthly billing date.
This ordinance does not regu-
late any rate or charge except
those specifically set out herein-
above.
The above rate is aplicable to
each residential and commercial
consumer per month or for any
part of a month for which gas is
used at the same location.
Section 2. The rate set forth
in Section 1 may be changed and
amended by either the City or
Company furnishing gas in the
manner provided by law. Serv-
ice hereunder is subject to the
orders of regulatory bodies hav-
ing jurisdiction, and to the Com-
pany’s Rules and Regulations
