appear before the Honorable Dis-
trict Court of Van Zandt County
at the courthouse thereof, in
Canton, Texas, by filing a writ-
ten answer at or before 10
o’clock a. m. of the first Mon-
day next after the expiration of
forty-two days from the date of
issuance of this citation, same
being the 2nd day of December.
A. D. 1963, to Plaintiff’s Peti-
tion filed in said court, on the
7th day of August A. D. 1963, in
this cause number 11,029 on the
docket of said court and styled
Edmond Blue, Plaintiff, vs Lock-
ey Marie Blue, Defendant.
A brief statement of the na-
ture of this suit is as follows, to-
wit: Suit for divorce, grounds,
cruel treatment, custody of chil-
dren. no property to settle, as is
more fully shown by Plaintiffs
Petition on file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the
. date of its issuance, it shall be
returned unserved.
The officer executing this writ
> shall promptly serve the same
according to requirements of
law, and the mandates hereof,
and make due returns as the
law directs.
