1 tility Authority was revived Monday night by the House
Conservation and Reclamation Committee and was re-
vised and sent to the House with a recommendation that
it be passed.
Rep. A. C. Hallmark of Dalhart, chairman of the sub-
committee. brought it back to the committee with five
amendments, which he said he believed would work out
most of the objections.
