maintain this facade of supporting
democracy but restore Aristide
while severely limiting his power
and, in actuality, leaving the oligar-

The real struggle in the world
is one over the division of its wealth

Dear Editor,
On Monday, January 24,1994,
I was parallel parked along side the
soccer field, facing the RCC, from
8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Someone
either backed into or ran into the
front end of my car, a silver-gray
BMW 318i. I believe the car or
truck that hit my car was reddish-
orange in color. If you have any
information regarding this incident,

leave a message. Thank you, your

Dear Editor,
Regarding the situation in Haiti:
Does anyone actually believe that if
the United States really wanted the
military government in Haiti gone
that it wouldn’t already be accom-

abolished, by force, governments it
didn’t like in Panama and Grenada!
Since Haiti has experienced Ameri-

history, it would likely not even
require an invasion, but only a very
serious phone call.
