Lone Oak Parks reunion set
The annual Lone Oak Community and
Parks School reunion will be at 9:30 a.m.
Saturday, May 15, atthe Cherokee County
Electric Co-Op building on Highway 69
north of Rusk. A covered dish luncheon
will be served at noon .All ex-students and
friends of the Parks school and those who
have lived and are living in the Lone Oak
community are invited to attend.
Lynches Chapel homecoming
planned
The annual Lynches Chapel Cemetery
Association homecoming is planned for
Sunday, June 6. Activities will begin with a
program at 11a.m. in the Lynches Chapel
United Methodist Church. Lunch will be
served at the Edith Hendrick Pavilion.
