Wise was murdered in his
Jimmy's Drive-in on December
6, 1976. brutally bludgeoned to
death early in the morning after
he arrived to open his place of
business.
Maddox said that every
measure was used to gain
information on the case.
T hrough investigations of other
robberies, a lot of evidence was
gained that "beyond a doubt
led to the man who was
responsible for the death of
Wise'' Maddox said.

Commission voted to delete the
80% overall occupancy stand-

facility construction during

Mr and Mrs D V Gaidosik
have purchased the building
which currently houses the
offices of Dr. I Lofgren and
Dr. R. Grady, on Highway 36 in
Sealy. They acquired the
property from Mrs. W D.
Bryan, formerly of Sealy and
now of Fort Worth.
Mrs. Gaidosik will move her
Jan’s Income Tax Service to
Lofgren's office, and Grady will
remain in his location. Mrs.
Gaidosik. who is from
Brookshire, is going into her
fifth year of business in Sealy,
having been located at Sealy
Business and Secretarial Ser-
vice offices. She expects to take
occupancy in her new quarters
in November or December. At
present the place is being
redecorated, the exterior al-
ready displaying a fresh coat of
paint
Mr. and Mrs. Gaidosik have
a son and two daughters.
Dr and Mrs. Lofgren have
bought the former County Auto
Parts building on Fourth Street
from Jerry Mazac. west of the
Texaco Station. They are doing
extensive remodeling in the
building, with office divisions,
new floor covering, etc.. with
the expectation of moving there
in the next couple of weeks.

including water, sewer, and
garbage. is projected to receive
$236,100 in revenues. To
receive this revenue the
minimum water bill will be
increased from $2.50 to $3.00
for the first 3,000 gallons of
water The above minimum
sewer fee will be .20 per 1000
gallons of water and the
garbage fee will be $3.00 per
month. These fees will go into
effect on November 15, and will
only raise the cost of a
customers minimum bill by 75
cents per month. These dollars
are needed to continue to repair
and maintain good existing
facilities, as well as to make the
continued asked-for expansion
