We Have Lands all Over the County in Sections
One-half or One-quarter Sections
There is Good Money Here For the Farmer
There is Good Money Here For the Investor
It is Devoid of Speculation
It is Without Uncertainty
We have been located in Lipscomb County twenty-one years and we are
familiar with all conditions in land, land crops and the strong natural conditions
that are making our county what it is, and is to be.
Ranging from $10.00 to $16.00 per acre. These are agricultural landsand the sojl
is deeo and rich, with best water in the Southwest, and fertility and productiveness beyond
comparison. Where a farmer can break sod, and in many cases, pay for the land in a sin-
gle season from crops. Invariably this is done in two seasons.
We have three well improved places that are splendid bargains. One adjoins the
townsite of Higgins; another is 1 1-2 mile wesi of Higgins, • od the other is 4 miles west
of Higgins. The two first can be bought fo20.00 an acre, tie one 4 miles out for $14.00
an acre.
Large and Small Tracts For Farmer and Investor
Lands in Lipscomb ounty are not in the control of large land companies, which
many times in other localities, incur large expense through agents, special cars and many
other expenses, all of which is added to the price of land, and which the buyer pays for when
he buys. Our lands here in Lipscomb county are still nominal in price, we have never had a
crop failure. Everything grows here having a place in this zone We have ideal conditions
that, when better known, will make exceptional alfalfa lands, fruit lands and special crops
that make high-priced lands and eagerly sought by agriculturalists and investors.
The Lipscomb county claims are in this book, and they are not exaggerated.. Every-
thing here will bear investigation. Merit is the foundation upon which everything here
stands.
