Make certain repairs; provide new roof; pai all exterior woodwork of house; in ac-
cordance with the plans and specifications agreed upon and signed in duplicate by the
parties for identification and which are here referred to and made a part hereof.
The land and premises upon which said improvements are to be erected is situated at
-1701 South 1st Street, in the city of Austin, Travis County, Texas, and more particularly
described as follows:
