This past Saturday was a good day for most
cattlemen as Johnson County received some
much welcomed rain.
Fat heifers continued to hold pretty steady
as most sold between 55g-to 624 per lb.
Fat steers also held about even from previous
weeks most going between 684 to 744 depend-
ing on size, quality and type of cattle.
Cow and calf pairs were steady. We had sev-
eral good pairs, the most of these sold between
$510.00 and $600.00 per pair.
Stocker cows were steady from a week
ago with several good quality and size cows sell-
ing for 464 per lb.. Mostiots sold between 4l4 to
464 per 1b. Baby calves were-steady most selling •
between $65.00 to $110.00 pier head.
Light weight stocker calves were steady, the
. most selling between $160.00 to $230.00 per
head.
We are starting this week our 32nd year of
consecutive sales every Saturday, and would
like to thank all our loyal customers over the
