property and will permit street
paving and openings. New

basic municipal services in many areas where
they are badly needed, and to keep pace with

The cost to property owners will be only a
small 40 pei$100 assessment value per year.
If you own a $10,000 home, the tax increase
would be only $1.60 a year, for a $15,000
house $2.40, for a $20,000 home $3.20, and
so on.
