Funeral services for Edwin
Vickers, 75, were held Sunday
at 4 p.m. at the Godley Baptist
Church. Burial was in Godley
Cemetery.
, Vickers died Friday morning
in Memorial Hospital.
Vickers was a native of
Godley and had lived there all
of his life. He was a retired
cotton ginner and was in the
trucking and lumber business
for a number of years.

Funeral services for Henry
Weehunt, 42, were Saturday at
10 a.m. in Dillon-Emmert
Chapel, Cleburne. Burial was
in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Weehunt died in Whittier,
Alaska, where he was employed
with the United States Goveq-
meat.
He was anative oflebume,
the son of P. J. and Lottie
Weehunt.
He is survived by four chil-
dren; a brother, J. C. Weehunt
of Cleburne and a sister, Medin
Weehunt of Whittier, Alaska.
Funeral services for Mrs.
Avis Wallis were held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, July 15 at Godley
Baptist Church. Burial was in
Godley Cemetery.
Mrs. Willis, 53, died Monday
in Memorial Hospital.

Warner, 73, were held at 2 p.m.
.Saturday at Shiloh Missionary
Baptist Quitch. Burial was in
Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Warner of 611 Robinson St.,
Clebume, died Thursday in
Memorial Hospital. He was
bom in Brenham December 2,
1896. •
Survivors are his wife, Mrs.
Alma Warner of Clebume; five
sons, Walter, Frank and Clifford
of Clebume, and Henry and
Howard of Houston; four daugh-
ters, Mrs. Annie B. Fisher of
Austin, Mrs. Jessie Thomas
and Mrs. Effie Marshall of Fort
Worth- and Mrs. Willie Mr
Baldwin of Clebume; two s.s-
ters, Mrs. Jane Darden of
Fayetteville and Miss Florene
Warner of San Antonio and 27
grandchildren.

Jewel Brewington,61, of Route
2, Alvarado, were held at 2 p.m.
Saturday at the Alvarado Church
of Christ, Burial was in
Alvarado.
She passed away Thursday
in a Fort Worth hospital.
Mrs. Brewington was born
September 5,1908, the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Collins. .
She was ‘martied to Herbert
Brewington in Clinton,
Arkansas October 30, 1925. He .
survives her.
Other survivors are two
daughters, Mrs. Wynell May
Davis of Cedar, N. H. and Mrs.
Linda Lou Snow of Justin; two
sons, Hubert Brewington and
Estle Brewington of Alvarado;
a sister, Mrs. Pearl Davis of
Arkansas and eleven grand-
children.
