said that there are
2 males, one wear-
ing a white shirt and
other in dark clothes
walking down the
street knocking over
trash cans and had

subjects who denied
pushing over trash
cans. Met with par-
ents and spoke with
them regarding the
matter.

said that there is a

with one injury to the

- Caller stated that
they were waiting for
the deputy to come
pick her son up, but
that he was arguing
with his sister and
slamming things. Sub-
ject was told to leave
the residence. MHMR
later transported him
to Bastrop.

9:16 a.m. - Advised
female she had 30
days to pay one of her
warrants or she would
be arrested. She was
not taken to jail be-
cause she breast-feeds
her child and was un-
able to have someone
watch them.

has not been seen for
two days. Two papers
on front porch and
trash cans have not
been put out. Family
was contacted and she
was with them ok. The
home was secure.

is going off and is not

alarms were discon-
nected.

pensive TV’s. Employ-
ees able to recover
property. Female was
with the man and un-

rolet. Nothing taken.
Cart was abandoned
prior to leaving the
store.

9:15 a.m. - Caller said
that the neighbor’s
little black dog keeps
coming onto her prop-
erty. Owner of dog has
been warned in the
past for not keeping
dog tied up. Arrived
and saw two medium
size dogs on the front
porch barking and
loose. Someone was
contacted to come
pick up the dogs.

Caller said that a dish-
washer had caught
fire and need EFD to
come out and check.
200 Blk Hwy 95 N,
10:24 a.m. - 911 caller
said that a man came
into the store and
would not respond to
him. Caller was con-
cerned. Arrived and
met with man. Called
EMS. Man was di-
abetic and had low
blood sugar. Orange
juice was given and
EMS stayed with the
man until he was bet-
ter or transported to
the hospital.
1300 Blk Hwy 290 W,
10:54 a.m. - Manager
advised he wanted
to document that
an ex-employee had
taken Tylenol 4 pills
from pharmacy with-
out permission. Man-
ager did not want to
file a report. Left him
a business card and
advised him to send
me the name and DOB
of the employee so
I could add it to the
CFS.

same person was
attacked by 3
black males in the

to rob him but
they did not get
any money..

St, 1:35 a.m. - Officer
in pursuit of two male
subjects on foot that
are possibly the sus-
pects of the robberies.
While patrolling officer
heard screaming com-
ing from Regulators/
Mandos area. Officer
turned headlights off
and approached Austin
St. Saw group of males
in gray hoodies. I ap-
proached and they took
off running. Witnesses
pointed to the direction
they took of to. Cleared
the back yards on the
block but lost visual and
was unable to locate.

2:59 a.m. - While pa-
trolling saw a motorist
changing a flat tire. Of-
ficer stopped to check
on him and he asked
to use my flash light. I
stood by and assisted
him.

a.m. *911 caller said
that there is a skunk in
the front of the church
building. Said the skunk
didn’t appear well. Offi-
cer arrived and located
animal and contacted
animal control who re-
sponded to location.

3:15 p.m. - 911 caller
said a female hit her
in the arm. She is preg-
nant but she did say she
didn’t need EMS. Offi-
cer arrived and it was
determined the subject
was disciplined by her
guardian and there was
no assault.
1200 Blk Hwy 290W,
6:26 p.m. - Caller said
he found a wallet at
a restaurant. Offi-
cer made contact and
found the owner of
the wallet. Everything
was inside wallet.
400 Blk Hwy 290W,
9:14 p.m. - Caller said
he is traveling west
bound on Hwy 290 be-
hind a black SUV with
no headlights. Officer
located the vehicle.
Conducted a traffic
stop and a citation
was issued for driving
with no headlamps
when required.
said that a silver 4D
vehicle is driving 45
in a 65 mph zone and
weaving. Call was dis-
patched while units
were busy working
crash.

said her boyfriend

asked to be on the
look out for an SUV
with a male that was
involved in a road
rage. Officer located
the vehicle and stood
by while BCSO con-
ducted an investiga-
tion.

3:17 p.m. - Fire. Caller
said he was burning
brush and it got a little
out of control.

p.m. - Caller said she
came home and her
back door was open
and her iPad was miss-
ing. Officer met with
complainant. Unknown
serial number and un-
known suspects. She ad-
vised she did not want
to file a report just the
incident documented.

7:23 p.m. - Caller said a
male was in the middle
of roadway sitting on
the ground. Caller said
the subject appeared
to be intoxicated and
couldn’t stand up. Male
was arrested for public
intoxicated.

p.m. - While cleaning
out patrol car after ar-
rest, found hat belong to
subject. Took hat to his
residence and dropped
off with his roommates.

officer noticed a male
and female subject
in the parking lot ap-
peared to be arguing.
Officer made contact
and they advised every-
thing was fine.

to a call for service for

said that her driver
side door was open
when she got up in the
morning. Officer ar-
rived and completed
report.

a grey/brown pit bull
was on her porch.

- Caller said while
dropping her son off
at school she found a
snake inside her vehi-
cle. Snake is loose in
front of High School.

people in Houston.
Contacted and was ad-
vised vehicle was bur-
glarized a while back
and to just dispose of
the items. Property
was disposed of prop-
erly.

was set off acciden-
tally. FAN was issued.

said a person was
sleeping in a vacant
apartment. Subject
left prior to arrival.

case he saw her come

is speeding, tailgat-
ing and passing in the
turn lane.

she doesn’t respond
he curses at her. Un-
able to locate, gave

loose near railroad
tracks.

TCSO said that a dark
truck is forcing vehi-
cles off the roadway.

there appears to be a
road rage disturbance

pick up involved. Un-
able to stop driver.
Disturbance between

Spoke with them for

8:56 p.m. - Caller said
a male subject just
tried to steal items
from store. Subject
on foot running from
store.
Robbery. On
Thursday, March
24, between mid-
night and 12:30
p.m., owner/man-
ager of Mandos
was robbed of ap-
prox. $200 by two
slim black males
who were de-
scribed as approx-
imately 20 years of
age and 5’9” to 6’

12:07 a.m. - Caller
said a male subject
was stealing beer
from the store. Theft
occurred last week.

12:13 a.m. - Officer
has one in custody for
2 municipal warrants.

12:44 a.m. - While
patrolling officer no-
ticed a suspicious ve-
hicle parked in the
parking lot. While
checking on it officer
noticed a male sleep-
ing in the back. He ap-
peared to be fine. He
appeared to be living
out of his vehicle.
1100 Blk Hwy 290 W,
7:26 a.m. - Burglary of
building. Caller said
that there is a brick
through the door and
glass all over the
floor. Officer arrived
and met with store
owner and gathered
information for a re-
port.

caller said that there
was a 2 vehicle ac-
cident with an adult
male passed out be-
hind the wheel. Crash
report north bound.
One driver trans-
ported to Bracken-
ridge.

10:28 a.m. - 911 Caller
Possible poisonous.
1300 Blk Hwy 290 W,
1:41 p.m. - 911 caller
said that she was in-
volved in an accident.
No injuries and had
moved into a parking
lot. Insurance infor-
mation exchanged
and blue forms were
issued.

Dr, 3:31 p.m. - Large
fishing boat parked
in front of residence.
Made contact with
resident who advised
he will move to back
yard by Monday or
Tuesday of next week.

7:56 p.m. - Unwanted
person. Caller said
a male subject came
over to her house and
started banging on the
door. Officer made
contact with the com-
plainant who advised
the subject was next
door. Complainant
advised a male had
been driving through
the area with loud
music and yesterday
they had approached
him to keep the music
down. No further.

said he had questions
about what rights he
has to protect his prop-
erty. Officer spoke
with complainant who
had questions regard-
ing the juvenile that
lives down the street
that has been causing
problems for several
years. No further.

checked the bars for
suspicious circum-
stances regarding pre-
vious robberies. No
further.

Rd, 11:39 p.m. - Caller
said he heard 3 gun
shots in the complex
area. Officer searched
the area but was un-
able to locate.

8:14 p.m. - Caller
said her wheelchair is
caught on her bed and
needs help getting
loose. Made contact
and she advised she
wanted someone to
assist her to use the
restroom. Health Care
