24, 1944 in Austin, Texas
to Cecil Dow Sumner, Sr.
and Minnie Alberta (King)
Sumner.
Cecil was a friend to ev-
eryone. He would talk to
anyone he crossed paths
with; he never met a
stranger. Cecil even once
jumped into the arena to
be a rodeo clown at a rodeo
at LBJ Ranch. He loved
spending time with his
grandchildren and going
to the lake with his kinfolk.
