"Reunion” fit the cultural definition
with its “uninhibited" conversation
and story theme, but it was in that
aspect that the theatre group has
been formed and will produce its
stage performances. Nevertheless
the “Reunion” was good down-
home entertainment
* “Reunion in Paradise”, written
and directed by Dennis Wells of
Bellville who was among the cast,
made the play of special local inter-
est with references to area names
and business entities. Everyone on
the stage did a good characterization
of the type of individual that most
of us know or remember. Humor
ran rampant throughout the perfor-
mance, lending an air of relaxation

mance in country theatre, a com-
pliment to Heather Ondruch of San
Felipe, in the impressive role of his
domineering wife.
It was fun...but then you had to
be there... to catch the spirit of each
individual character.
The ACCT's next presentation
will feature boys and girls in
"Christmas Comes to Hamelin”, a
children's program at the Selman
Auditorium in Sealy on December
7 at 2 p.m. A Bellville High
School showing will be given at 2
p.m. on December 18.

Bellville man charged with murder
A19 year old Bellville man was apprehended Friday and charged with murder
in Austin County. '
Tye Fox was arrested Friday by Texas Ranger Brian Taylor and Austin
County Sheriff's investigator, Richard Holloman. He was admitted to the
Austin County Jail and his bond was set at $20,000, according to District
Criminal Attorney T ravis Koehn. His case may be presented to the grand jury on
November 30.
Fox has been charged with the death of John Konchalski, 28, a native of Iowa,
who lived on Kuykendall Road. His body was found November 14 by the owners
of the house where the man lived, and was sent to the coroner's office for an
autopsy. Reportedly Konchalski died at gunshot wounds to the neck.
Konchalski was employed by a construction firm from Tomball, according to
Li.A.A

the 1800 block of Hwy. 36 reported a theft
of gasoline. One subjeci wax arested. Al
4:20 a.m., a subject wax arrested at 721
MM IH-10 for public intoxication.
Nov. 16 — At 2:10 a.m., a subject wax
arrested from the 2000 block of Meyer St.
for public intoxication. At 6 p.m., a business
from the 2000 block of Hwy 36 south re-
ported a theft of merchandise. One subject
wax arrested.
Nov. 17 — At 1:30 a.m., a subject wax
arrested at 720 MM I-10 exit bound for
outstanding DPS warrants. At 2:30 a.m., a
subject war arrested al 1-10 720 MM for
outstanding warrants.
Nov. 18 — At 2:15 a.m., a subject wax
arrested at I-10 720 MM east for possession
of marijuana. At 12 p.m., a subject wax ar-
felled from the 300 block of 4th St. for out-
standing warrants.
Nov. 19 — At 10:40 p.m., a subject wax
arrested from the 1000 Gunnixon for public
intoxication & resisting arrest, seaich or
transport.
Nov. 20 — At 2:30 a.m., a citizen from
the 1400 block of Tauber reported a crimi-
nal mixchief to her vehicle. This case still
under investigation.
