Outlet No. 60 in Division "D", in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to
the map or plat of said Subdivision of record in Vol. 2, Page 191 of the Travis County Plat
Records, and the said West 100 feet being more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 1, for the Southwest corner

apart from her husband and having the same fully explained to her, she, the said Winifred
Cathey, acknowledged such instrument to be her act and deed, and declared that she had will-
