necessary for the full completion of said improvements, according to the said plans and
Specifications; that the said party of the first part agrees to be responsible for any dam-
age that may happen to the said improvements in the course of erection from fire, or from
any other cause whatsoever, until the same have been completed, according to the said plans
and specifications, by the said party of the first part, turned over to and accepted by the
