Second Parties shallhave the right to order such changes in the plans or specificat
and such alterations as they may elect in writing and the difference in cost involved in
such changes or alterations shall be paid by Second Parties or allowed by First Party as
the case may be and in case of failure to agree the work shall proceed without interrupt
and determination of the amount shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the
concluding paragraph hereof.
Should First Party at any time refuse or neglect to supply sufficiency of properly
skilled workmen or of materials of the proper quality, or fail in any respect to prosecu

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of a tract of land out of Walling Place which was con-
veyed by Bertha M. Sparks, et al to Ted Wendlandt by deed dated January 16, 1935, and re-
corded in Volume 512, page 590 of the Travis County Deed Records; Thence Southerly along
the East line of Woodrow Avenue 622.3 feet for the place of beginning of the tract herein
conveyed; Thence Easterly parallel with the North and South lines of Lot Number Thirty
(30) of Walling Place a distance of 100 feet to comer in the North line of that portion
of said Lot Number Thirty (30) sold and conveyed by Ted Wendlandt to J. V. Walden by
deed dated November 3, 1938, and recorded in Volume 610, page 217, of the Travis County
Need Records; Thence Southerly, parallel to the East line of Lot Number Thirty (30), afore-
said, a distance of 62 feet to corner in the South line of said Lot Number Thirty (30);
Thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot Number Thirty (30) to the Southwest
corner of said Lot Number Thirty (30) in the East line of Woodrow Avenue; Thence in a North-
easterly direction following the East line of Woodrow Avenue and the West line of Lot
Number Thirty (30) aforesaid to the place of beginning, being the same conveyed to Second
Parties by J. V. Walden and wife, Bit ha Walden, by deed dated April 13, 1939.
For and in consideration of the agreements and obligations of the First Party herein
set forth and full and complete compliance therewith and performance thereof, Second Par-

or Order, the sum of Three Thousand and No/100 ($3000.00) Dollars within five (5) days
after completion of said improvements in accordance with this agreement and delivery
thereof by First Party to Second Parties clear of any claim of other parties based on
material or labor used in the construction of said improvements, and also agree, bind and
obligate themselves and promise to pay to First Party or order interest on said sum payable
as aforesaid, or any part thereof remaining unpaid after due and payable, from maturity
until paid at the rate of ten (10) per cent per annum, all said sums, principal and inter-
