R. Bingham, sole owner of Bingham Lumber Company, of TravisCounty, Texas, party of the first
part and John Bell Moore and wife, Elizabeth Cooley Moore, of the County of Travis State of
garage, (all hereinafter referred to as "improvements”), according to plans and specifications
agreed upon by and between the parties hereto, signed by the parties hereto for identification
and made a part of this contract for the said parties of the second part, upon all those cer-
tain lots, tracts or parcels of land, lying and’being situated in the City of Austin, Travis
County, Texas, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot No. Two (2) in Block No. Four (4) of Norwood Heights Addition in the City of Austin,
Travis County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book No. 3, page 169
of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, to all of which reference is here made for all
purposes, together with any improvements thereon, and being the same real property bought
by Mrs. Eddie B. Hudepohl, wife of Geo. D. Hudepohl, from Miss Beatrice Norwood, on Decembe
6, 1934, as per warraty deed recorded in Book No. 310, page 619, of the Deed Records of
TravisCounty, Texas, and being also the same property conveyed to Miss Elizabeth Cooley by ;
