mortgage clause in favor of Owners and said Association, as their respective interests mg,
appear, for the full insurable value of said improvements in some reputable company,
for said County and State, on this day personally appeared L. O. Wells and Margaret Wells,
his wife, known to me to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing
instrument, and acknowledged to me that they each executed the same for the purposes and
consideration therein expressed, and the said Margaret Wells having been examined by me
