Lumber Company does hereby release and acquit unto E.H.Hughes and wife,Katherine Brady
all on this the 27th. day of May, A.D.

of Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said addition recorded
in Plat Book No.1, page 94 of the Flat Records of Travis County, Texas,and being more
fully described in said contract to which reference is here made, together with all im-
provements situated thereon,free from the mechanic’s lien given and declared on the said
property in the said contract, and the said promissory note and said mechanic’s lien are
hereby declared cancelled and shall hereafter be held for naught .

County of Travis 4 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That for valuable consideration, be-
ing a sum of money to me cash in hand paid by Alma Bohn, a widow, of Travis County,-exas,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, I, Oral Lott, of Travis Ccunty,
Texas, have TRANSFERRED, ASSIGNED and CONVEYED, and do hereby TRANSFER, ASSIGN and CON-
VEY unto the said Alma Bohn, the following described promissory mechanic’s lien note, to-
wit. Being in the principal sum of One thousand three hundred and eighty($1380,00) Doll-
ars executed by Salem Robinson and wife, Lettie Robinson, payable to Oral Lott, on com-
pletion of improvements described in said mechanic’s lien contract, and said note being
fully described in a mechanic’s lien contract between said parties, bearing even date
with said note, to-wit; May 19”, 1939, wherein a mechanic’s lien is given and declared
on the following lot or par of lot; the East Fifty(50) feet of the North one-half (N. 1/2)
of Lot No, Sixteen(16) in Outlet Fifty-five (55) in Division "B" in the City of Aw tin,
Travis County, exas known as 1005 East Twelfth Street;all as more’ fully set out in said
contract, and there being no credits on said note.
