County of Travis # KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; That CLAUDE TRAWEEK CO. INC, a
corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Texas, with its principal office and domidile in Austin,Travis G ounty, - exas, ac ting
herein by and through its duly authorized agent and officer, to-wit, its president Claude
Traweek, the legal owner and holder of that certain indebtedness and note for the sum of
Thirty-Nine Hundred and No/100($3900.00) Dollars, more fully described in and secured
by a Mechanic’s Lien hereto ore affixed on the property hereinafter described,created
by contract dated January 11, 1939, recorded in Vol. 598, Pages 613-616, of the Travis
Gounty Mechanic’s Lien Records, said contract executed by verton H. Crawford and wife
Frances Maurine Crawford, to and with the undersigned FOR VALUE RECEIVED hereby trans-
fers, sets over,and assigns unto THE RICHARD GILL COMPANY, of Bexar ©ounty, Texas, the
indebtedness and note above mentioned, without recourse on said corporation, together
with the liens securing the payment thereof, upon the property described in the above
mentioned contract, said property being known and described as follows, to-wit.
The South Fifty(50) feet (S,50‘) of Lot Two(2). in Block No. Six(6) in Tract "E" of
Bryker Woods "B", a subdivision of part of the George W. Spear League in the Gity of
Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said Bryker Woods •Bw of
record in Book 4 page 12 of the Travis County Plat Records .
