has covenanted and agreed with the said parties of the second part that he will well and
truly build the said house in a good substantial and workmanlike manner by the 1st day of
November, A. D. 1938 on the said above described property, performing or causing to be per-
formed all of the labor in the improvement or erection of the same, and furnishing all of
the material of whatsoever kind necessary to be used in the erection of the same, and paying
all expenses incident to the said labor and furnishing of material the said dwelling house
and improvements to be built of good substantial material and to be erected strictly accord-
ing to the plans and specifications, here referred to and signed by the parties for further
description.
Given under my hand and seal of office, this the 8th day of December, A. D. 1938
or any installment of interest-when due, shall, at the option of the holder of said note,
