certain promissory note of even date herewith, payable to the order of the said Mrs. Cora N.
Martin at Austin, Texas, for the principal sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00),
bearing interest from date until paid at the rate of Six per cent (6%) per annum, interest
due and payable semi-annually on the 8th day of June and December of each and every year ana
defaulting interest to bear the same rate of interest as the principal, and which said note
due on the Sth day of December 1941, with the option and privilege of paying said note in
full on the Sth day of December, 1940, and the failure to pay any installment of the
League, in the City of Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to map or plat of said Bryker
Woods of record in Book 3, Page 242, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, together
1938, to which said deeds and the records thereof reference is here made.

during the continuance of this deed of trust, and we further agree and bind ourselves to keep
the improvements on the above mentioned and described property insured against loss by fire
and windstorm in at least the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars (42500.00) fire insurance
and fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) windstorm insurance, such insurance to be carried ir
some good ana responsible company or companies, with the loss if any under such policy or
policies being made payable to th e holder of the aforementioned not e as such holder’s intenest
